Lemonade
Sunny citrus motifs move between dresses, rompers, and boys' apparel. Complementary colorways, contrasting waistbands, and selective graphic placements create variety without losing the collection's identity.

CASE STUDY 01 / BRAND IDENTITY · APPAREL VISUALIZATION
Building a recognizable children's brand across identity, playful prints, coordinated apparel collections, and product presentation.

01 / THE PROJECT
Wild & Whimsy was an independent children's apparel brand co-founded in 2020. My work spanned brand identity, design direction, garment visualization, collection presentation, and the brand's online presence. These selected examples show how different motifs, colorways, and garment details were brought together as coherent product families.

2020–2022
Selected collections were collaborative. Mockups and product presentations are shown to demonstrate my visual design work; individual illustrations and surface patterns are not presented as solely mine where authorship is shared.
02 / THE IDENTITY
The original Wild & Whimsy emblem combines a geometric frame, a striking letterform, and delicate botanical linework. A restrained visual anchor gave the brand room for lively, changing collections.

03 / SELECTED COLLECTIONS
The strongest story is not one isolated pattern. It's the ability to develop coordinated color, print scale, garment styling, and product presentation across an entire range.
Sunny citrus motifs move between dresses, rompers, and boys' apparel. Complementary colorways, contrasting waistbands, and selective graphic placements create variety without losing the collection's identity.

Playful laboratory motifs expand from a compact chest graphic to expressive all-over patterns. Garment mockups demonstrate the relationship between illustration scale, placement, and supporting trim colors.

Character illustrations, star motifs, and gaming details translate across everyday apparel. A mix of bold and quiet prints keeps the pieces coordinated without repeating the same treatment.

THE TAKEAWAY
Wild & Whimsy sharpened my approach to visual systems: not just what an individual graphic looks like, but how an idea holds together across products, colorways, imagery, and a brand's wider presentation.
